- Chat conversation transcripts: retained for up to 24 months for quality assurance and staff training purposes.
Usage Data is retained in accordance with the retention periods described above and may be retained longer only when necessary for security, fraud prevention, or legal compliance purposes.
We may retain personal data beyond the periods indicated above for various reasons:
